Support:
Support for our people means paying them well, providing challenging and satisfying opportunities, and creating an atmosphere in which people can feel part of them. If someone’s in trouble we do our best to help. We like to talk to each other regularly about our problems, our needs, and the opportunity for personal development which we perceive.
Trust:
We can only do this when we feel that we can trust each other. We can work hard to create that feeling, and want you to do the same.
Communication:
We’ve developed some ways of letting you know what’s happening within the company. We believe that constant communication, whether it be written, by phone or in person is one of the most effective ways of building trust. We’d like you to feel free to maintain those lines of communication, too, by letting us know openly and frankly about what’s happening in your area so that we can share our successes and failures together.
Personal development:
We’ll do everything we can to ensure that you go as far as you can within Poly Pharm. We’re constantly searching for ways of developing your skills and expertise.
